The Sweet Medicine Sundance Path 

The Sweet Medicine SunDance Path of the Twisted Hairs is an ancient spiritual tradition of shamanic knowledge and ceremonial alchemy that
gives clear guidance in how to connect, communicate and align with Spirit and Nature - they become our teachers and we learn directly from them, how to come into balance, health and harmony.
As our interrelationship with Creation deepens, we are empowered to evolve further and the potential of the innate wisdom held within our True Nature is revealed. It is from being centred in our True Nature that we become true co-creators with Life and others through pleasure and knowledge, instead of pain & suffering.

Year program

2026 - 2027

Our group year programs run from October to September and consist of both online teaching days and on-site weekend gatherings with larger ceremonies, guided training and practices in nature.

Upcoming events

We also offer a variety of events for those who desire to engage in personal growth, deepen their connection with the natural world around them, promote healthy relationships, find their own individual meaning and purpose to the mystery of existence,​​ and experience the beauty and magic that alignment with Creation brings.

Rites of passage teachings and ceremonies ​acknowledge and empower an individual’s right to grow and change, foster intentional relationships, and reach their unique potential to become mature members of their community.

the time-honored knowledge, practices, and ceremonies of the Twisted Hairs to guide, support, and empower us to meet the specific challenges we face as women and men in our relationships, lifestyles, society and world.

Dreaming Workshop

Dreaming is a direct channel into the great mystery of Creation, where the dance we

live between the seen and the unseen is revealed, showing us how we weave our story into the fabric of the cosmos,

bringing vibrancy and magic to our life experience.
